Jamie Greene is delighted to bring her keen eye for investment property and renovation to Carolina Mountain Sales. For the past seven years, she and her husband have bought, renovated, and sold, over 30 properties in the greater Asheville area. In addition to her investment property experience, Jamie has expertise as an owner and property manager of multi-unit developments as well as single-family rentals.The process of finding, securing and transforming a home is deeply satisfying for Jamie. She enjoys exploring the potential of a property and sharing that vision with clients.A native of Nashville, Tennessee, Jamie came to the mountains of North Carolina to attend Appalachian State University where she was a student athlete. She graduated with a BS in Family and Consumer Sciences Education. After falling in love with mountain living in college, she made her way to Asheville and taught at Enka High School for 7 years.Jamie resides in Fletcher with her husband Wesley, sons Owen and Miles, and daughter Caroline. They enjoy hiking, family bike rides and playing with their Labradoodle puppy, Sullivan.
